Yes, you can get it with escouts, but I can personally reccomend cubscout. I did do a lot of looking around before chosing webhosting, and I have never had any problems with cubscout.ws, just great reliable service. Yes, with escouts you get more diskspace, but to be honest, 20MB is more than enogh for anyone, and you do get 5x more data transfer per month with cubscout which is useful if you want to get lots of visitors. oh yes, and most of the things that you listed that you get with escouts, are what come with cpanel, and you get cpanel with cubscout.ws. overall, they are very similar packages, but personally, I would recommend cubscout  to anyone.

Since escouts was first created a few years back it has gone uphill ever since. There have been a few problems but these all happen and we have learnt from these how to improve the service and that’s how it’s got to what it is. Looking from a user’s perspective the escouts hosting looks much reliable. A few years ago escouts was in the position cubscout.ws is in. One person was running it off a reseller account until it came to a stage where by the reseller account was getting bigger and bigger with more and more accounts. It got to a stage where a reseller account was not viable for one person to pay. Escouts now has it’s own dedicated server being run by seven dedicated scouters in the UK.

There are also 3 people responsible for the costs and this spreads the load to ensure the service remains as effective as it can be. How many people are going to run the support when cubscout.ws gets bigger? What are you going to do when the costs spiral as your users expect more and the reseller account/server gets filled up? Not being negative against cubscout.ws but from past knowledge I think you may have problems running it in the future.
